αシヌクレインと分子モーター
以下の報告を受けて、αシヌクレインと分子モーターの関連を調べてみた。
▽運動ニューロン変性に関与する細胞内分子モーター-・ダイニン-ダイナクチン複合体は微小管を両方向に移動する

Medlineを検索したところ、以下の報告を検出。

神経内でのαシヌクレインの輸送にはダイニンやキネシンなどの分子モーターが関与していることが示唆された。
またパーキンソン病とダイニンを検索したところ、以下の報告がヒット。

凝集体の一部として、ポリユビキチン化された折り畳み不足のタンパク質とダイニンに結合する微小管関連脱アセチル化酵素・HDAC6を同定。
